The school of Kinesiology, located in the College of Education and Human Development, offers three undergraduate majors: Kinesiology; Recreation, Park, and Leisure Studies; and Sport Management. The nearly 600 undergraduate majors in this field anticipate professions in which they will communicate with a variety of academic, professional, and lay audiences. In fact, the department, the courses it offers, and the careers students pursue are all interdisciplinary in nature, involving collaborative partnerships with life science disciplines such as medicine, neuroscience, epidemiology, business, education, and social sciences.
